1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and PHJoint ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the PHJoint website located at phjoint.com, the PHJoint mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

PHJoint reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to use PHJoint services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of PHJoint or any of its related entities;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PHJoint or any relevant regulatory authority.

PHJoint reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of PHJoint services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. PHJoint will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify PHJoint immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

PHJoint reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

PHJoint supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the PHJoint account holder;
• PHJoint reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking hours for bank transfer methods;
• PHJoint does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account owned by the registered account holder.

PHJoint is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages. Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PHJoint are subject to the specific rules applicable to each betting category, including but not limited to Lucky Dragons, Badminton, History, Swimming, Experience, Shaolin Soccer, and Monster Fight. Category-specific rules are published on the relevant section pages of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all PHJoint markets include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PHJoint does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system;
• PHJoint reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that an error in odds, market data, or system configuration has occurred;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a market, PHJoint's decision shall be final and binding;
• Minimum bet amounts are set at ₱50 per selection unless otherwise stated;
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. PHJoint reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits at any time without prior notice;
• PHJoint reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player who it reasonably believes is engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any other form of systematic exploitation of the Platform.

PHJoint strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date odds and market information. However, the Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any odds, statistics, or event data displayed on the Platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PHJoint may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer.

General conditions applicable to all PHJoint bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• PHJoint reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent methods — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. PHJoint reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the PHJoint Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including other users' accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of corrupt betting activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PHJoint staff, support agents, or other users;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from PHJoint;
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.

PHJoint reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the PHJoint Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of PHJoint or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without PHJoint's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of PHJoint's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the licence granted herein and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHJoint, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, PHJoint shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, market data, or event results;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

PHJoint's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

PHJoint collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

PHJoint implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and PHJoint cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

PHJoint may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by law or where PHJoint reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of PHJoint, its users, or the public.

11 Suspension & Termination

PHJoint reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease;
• Any pending bets at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any resulting balance will be handled at PHJoint's discretion, subject to the circumstances of the termination;
• Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, PHJoint reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance;
• Where termination is initiated by you voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PHJoint operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming activities in the Philippines. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

PHJoint reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHJoint will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
